Apart from the natural and excellent geographical environment, the secret of the delicious mangoes produced in Fang Mountain in Pingtung is that the mangoes have been cultivated with milk organic fertilizer since the early 1940s under the technical guidance of Lu's family mangoes, whereby only one mango is left on the stalk of each flower in order to make each mango fruit full of nutrients so that a large amount of nutrients can be provided to the mangoes for absorption. The Lu family mangoes are all certified for safe use of drugs as well as certified for production and sales history; Simultaneously, we have developed more mango by-products to enhance the creativity of more mango products in addition to creating the brand "Mango Summer Tree". Insisting on not using ripening chemicals, the Lu family allows the mangoes to mature naturally while minimizing the use of drugs, handpicking and delivering them every day so that customers can eat the freshest, farm-to-table Irwin mangoes.
Introduction of Origin
FangShan is the southernmost mango producing region in Taiwan, with a higher average temperature compared to other mango producing regions. A small, simple village with a backdrop of the mountains and the sea, free from industrial pollution, FangShan is located at the southern extremity of Taiwan. Spring is FangShan’s year-round season, the northeastern monsoon comes with a famous climatic phenomenon (the falling mountain wind). Although the falling mountain wind brings a lot of inconvenience to humans, it makes a great contribution to the mango trees by drying out the ground and making the fruit production period come earlier, while the dry land prevents the fruit from absorbing too much water. Together with the effect of the south wind climate phenomenon, the hot wind increases the temperature and reduces the dew in the morning, which gives the fruit an attractive fragrance and a characteristic sweetness!
